1. General Agreement

Hosticon Web Services provides hosting solutions to clients worldwide. To ensure quality service and protection for all users, all registered clients of Hosticon Web Services (Hosticon.com) agree to abide by our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and the following Terms of Service.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

  • Service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond Hosticon Web Services’ control.
  • Hosticon Web Services is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
  • Liability for any negligence by Hosticon Web Services is capped at the service charges for the affected period.
  • Hosticon Web Services is not responsible for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury.

2. Indemnification Policy

By using Hosticon Web Services’ services, you agree that:

  • All services and facilities are used at your own risk.
  • Hosticon Web Services disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Hosticon Web Services is not liable for any data loss, commercial damages, or incidental/consequential damages.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Hosticon Web Services harmless from any claims, liabilities, or losses, including legal fees, arising from:
    • Services performed, agreed to, or provided.
    • Any products sold or distributed using Hosticon Web Services’ network.
    • Any injury or property damage caused by products hosted on our platform.

Hosticon Web Services reserves the right to intervene in cases where hosted content violates third-party copyrights. Any material infringing proprietary rights will be removed at Hosticon Web Services’ discretion.3. Billing & Payments

 

Billing & Payment Terms

  • Customers can choose from monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing cycles.
  • Payment must be made in advance for the selected billing cycle.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • Automatic renewal is enabled by default unless canceled by the customer before the renewal date.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared and cloud hosting plans.
  • Domain Registrations, VPS and Dedicated server payments are non-refundable.
  • Customers must submit a cancellation request through our support portal before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

 

Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Customers may upgrade their hosting plans at any time by paying the prorated difference.
  • Downgrades are permitted but may be subject to limitations based on usage and contract terms.

Service Suspension & Termination

  • Accounts with unpaid invoices beyond the due date are subject to service suspension.
  • If payment is not received within 30 days for shared hosting and 7 days for VPS, Cloud and Dedicated Server after suspension, the account may be permanently terminated.
  • Reactivation fees may apply for suspended accounts.

Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with prior notice to customers.
  • Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal date.

Discounts & Promotions

  • We may offer promotional discounts for new customers, long-term commitments, and seasonal offers.
  • Promotional pricing is applicable only for the initial term and reverts to standard pricing upon renewal.
  • Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied.

Payment Methods & Auto-Renewal

  • We accept all the major credit/ debit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal/ UPI/ Wallets etc via payment gateway
  • We do not store Credit or Debit/ Card on account. Users are redirected to the payment gateway to make payment.
  • Services are automatically renewed after payment is done.
