The steps to recover your email account.
1. Change the email account's password.
- At least 8 alphanumeric characters with a mix of capital letters, numbers and symbols.
- Should not be equivalent to the email username.
- Do not use previous password.
- Do not use similar password among email accounts.
2. Identify all the computers which have been used to log into this email account, and perform a malware scanning using an anti malware software with the latest signature updates.
3. Update control panel main account's password to have a strong password.
The abuse and misuse of email is a serious problem / offence, and Exabytes Network cannot and will not tolerate it.
