Therefore we request you to please migrate your website to another hosting provider.
or if your website is compactable on Linux shared hosting, please signup for our Linux shared hosting plans from https://www.hosticon.com/linux_ssd_hosting and migrate your website to a new plan by yourself or ask your web developer to do that.
If your windows shared hosting plan is near to renewal, please do not process for renewal.
For the customers having a remaining period of more than 3 months, we will refund you on pro-rated bases for the remaining period to your hosticon account as credit balance or to your bank account, whatever you prefer.
Once you migrate your website, submit a ticket to the sales department from https://www.hosticon.com/client/ and initiate your refund request for the remaining period.
