Estimated Downtime:
We understand the importance of minimal downtime while performing maintenance and for this reason we will do everything we can to expedite the procedure. While the upgrade should be completed within 2-4 hours, we are allocating a 8 hour maintenance window to allow extra time just in case of any unforeseen delays. During this window the server will be taken offline to prevent database changes during critical points in the upgrade process. Please note that web services including email will not be available during this time.
We do apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you please plan accordingly.
