Our Windows small plan data center closing compay.

Dear Clients,

We regret to inform you that as of Jan 31th, 2012 One of our data center where windows small plans are hosted is closing their company due to certain problems.


The services will be provided till January 16th, 2012 (all services will be working).
For another two weeks you will be able to access server and backup ALL your data (the following services will be running: helm, phpMyAdmin, ftp, imap, ms sql 2008) .
You will not be able to access webpages and send emails.

On January 30th, 2012 the servers will be shut down and it will not be possible to access any data to download backups.
This email and full instructions how to backup your data will be shown on our main page. Additional informations, updates will also be published on our web site so please check it out prior to submitting ticket to us.

How to backup files?

To backup files you should use ftp client like cuteFTP, ws_ftp or FTP Voyager.
To help you to move domains to new hosting we put domain files backup file in root directory on most servers.

How to backup emails?

You should use email client like MS Outlook and configure email account as IMAP.
Next you will be able to access all folders on server and copy emails to local workstation.

How to backup mySQL datatabse?

To backup database you should
1. login to helm,
2. go to your domain management page,
3. click on database manager icon,
4. click on database name row,
5. click on "go to phpMyAdmin" link,
6. login to phpMyAdmin with your database username and password,
7. click on "Export" tab,
8. click on your database name,
9. set compression as "gzipped",
10. press go button.

How to backup MSSQL database?

To backup MS SQL database you have to install MS SQL 2008 server on local workstation or use 3rd party MS SQL 2008 server.
You have to:
1. create database on remote MS Server,
2. right click on database name, click all tasts \ import data,
3. provide source server name and login details, click next button,
4. provide destination database details and click next button,
5. mark first option to copy data from one or more tables or views and click next button,
6. mark all tables, and click next button,
7. click next button,
8. click finish button.
