Maintenance Description:

To improve the performance of the server, we will be upgrading the server hardware of Spirit to dual quad-core CPU server with 8 GB of ram.

Maintenance Impact:

There will be a down time of 6 to 12 hours because we will need to move all existing accounts and emails to the new servers, so the interruption cannot be avoided.
During the maintenance period, all email services (SMTP, POP, IMAP, WEBMAIL, etc) on Spirit will be inaccessible.
To check if your mail service is hosted at Spirit server, just open a command prompt, and key in as below:
#> ping mail.yourdomainname
If the returned IP address is 72.18.132.204, then your mail service is hosted at Spirit.
