Backups of the data on our servers are taken regularly, but all the customers are advised to do necessary arrangements for there backup at local level. HostIcon will not be responsible in case of lost of any data.
Our Backup restoration is not free. We charge to restore backup from our backup drives. The minium cost is $25 and more if your data is in GB's. Depending upon size of your data and time we spent to restore it.
We do not take backup on dedicated server but we can configure it for you if you have dual hard drive and can provide you for free on request. Its you use of the service is at your sole risk. HostIcon is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on HostIcon servers.
We will take necessary steps to register domain names on your behalf when requested. However, you are responsible for renewing your domain names. We do not take responsibility for failing to renew domain names. If your domain name was registered by us, you must check and take appropriate actions to renew your domain when it is about to expire. We do not handle renewals unless you make payment against it from hosticon client area.
In case if any user or account found violating any of the above mentioned things, account will be terminated immediately without any notice and no refunds will be issued, not withstanding penal provisions under the Indian Cyber laws enacted by the Govt. of India from time to time.
